SUPPLIER PRICE INCREASES

There continues to be underlying cost pressure across the construction sector, driven by global uncertainty and geo-political instability leading to supply chain challenges and a growing impact on pricing and availability.
Our teams are constantly working closely with our suppliers and logistics partners to secure supply, manage lead times and reduce disruption. While we’re doing everything we can to limit the impact, you may see some pricing changes and occasional constraints in availability on certain lines in the near term. We understand it is important that that you are kept up to date with this information to help you plan.
Below is a table of the latest price updates by product type. Please note that because we are sometimes informed of price increases at very short notice, they may not make it to the below list before publishing.

Whilst the scale and pace of price increases are slowing down versus the last couple of years, they are still a reality of our industry. Our supplier relationships are stronger than ever, and we’ll continue to negotiate hard on your behalf.
We are committed to protecting you wherever we can – there are some increases that you never hear about or, more importantly, never experience, because we push them away. However, we equally must accept that our suppliers are absorbing extra costs that they need to pass on. In this situation, we understand it is important that that you are kept up to date with price increases to help you plan.
